Fort Flagler is easy to get to - well under two hours from Seattle or Tacoma - and a pretty drive!
There are several ways to approach the Fort, depending on the ferry you want to take - or not. Please give yourself extra time to enjoy the trip, and drive safely.
**Your smart-phone or GPS may not bring you to the exact location of our Camp. You will get to the general area, but please check out one of the links below for more exact directions!**
1) From the north (or from Seattle proper), take the 205th St exit off I-5 (exit 177) to the Edmonds ferry http://goo.gl/maps/ZGihC
Note: This is probably the fastest way from anywhere in Seattle, if you catch the ferry just right. Avoids downtown Seattle completely.
2) From Seattle downtown, taking the Bainbridge Island ferry http://goo.gl/maps/ComfK
Note: these are the biggest ferries and often have the shortest wait times on busy days.
3) From the south, with no ferries http://goo.gl/maps/UPgv8
Note: This is also the best route from points south, like Sea-Tac Airport and Vashon Island. Just get to I-5 near Highway 16 and follow the directions from there.
