As a 501c3 Non Profit, Dance Collective Northwest continues to aid, support, and assist dance communities and its participants through the promotion of accessibility, sustainability, collaboration and growth. ALL programming, meals and lodging is INCLUDED in the ticket prices, designed to cover our basic costs while making camp as accessible as possible.
The co-creation of Dance Camp provides ample opportunities for participation - both at camp, and in advance of camp. If you want to be there, we want to work with you to make it more accessible. Positions are available in the Kitchen, Young People's Program, and in certain other positions, like Camp Manager And Nurse. Please review the list of descriptions and then fill out the work exchange application. Camp only happens when we are all working together; we can't do this without you. Thank you!
As a 501c3 Non-Profit we will be working throughout the year to raise funds to provide financial aid to those in need. If you would like to make a donation to Dance Collective Northwest please use the donation option on brown paper tickets. If you are unable to afford camp, please apply for one of our Work Exchange or Committee positions as a first step. Any future information about scholarship programs will be posted here.
Camp Store A cooperatively-run camp store where you can sell your crafts and products at camp may happen. A 10% tithe to DCNW will be required, as will be working hours in the store. Please contact us if you would like to sell in the store or if you want to help organize it.
Healing Circle Those who wish to offer services such as massage, healing, body art, counseling, and other services may do so, sharing a 10% tithe to DCNW. Please bring a flyer to Camp describing your service and a photo so people can find you. There will be a board to post these on. You may bring a tent, massage table, and other supplies as needed. Please get in touch with Healing Circle Coordinator via email.
